Alkhaleej Tourism Development and Investment Joint-Stock Company was established on 16/02/2016 as a Libyan joint-stock company. The company has the financial disclosure / liability and independent legal personality. It is a subsidiary of El-Enma Tourism Investment and Real Estate Holding Company. It is one of the companies in the Economic and Social Development Fund and a pioneer in the field of tourism investment.
